Filters with filtering cartridges

Filter cartridges are the ideal solution for the filtration of dry dust in dust suppression systems

Washable and reusable in most applications, the filter cartridges have a larger filtering surface than traditional bag filters for more efficient removal of particles with minimal pressure drops; they are easy to install and replace and require low compressed air consumption for cleaning

The filter materials used to make the filter cartridges are mainly pleated or non-woven polyester, antistatic aluminized polyester, polypropylene and cellulose

In particular, polyester filter cartridges have a remarkable mechanical resistance and maintain a good filtration efficiency for a long time, which allows them to be reused over time

Furthermore, polyester filter cartridges can also be used in treatments that involve contact with chemical reagents or solvents

Filter cartridges or cartridge filters are filter media suitable for dedusting, filtration in dust suppression systems and in general as filters in powder coating processes

The fabrics used to make the filter cartridges are mainly polyester, aluminized antistatic polyester and cellulose; a further typology is constituted by the Ultra-Web® nanofibers of the Donaldson® Cartridges, which allow to capture the pollutants of submicrometric dimensions and have flame-retardant characteristics
