The Magnetic Stroke Meter stroke control system is an effective alternative to gear or mass flow meters (Coriolis) and allows for mixing ratios up to 20: 1 with high accuracy (± 2%)

Operation diagram

Two IceBreaker® piston pumps feed the base (A) and the catalyst (B) respectively. The stroke control measures the quantity of products A and B pumped and sends a signal to the electronic control unit. The system automatically controls an injection valve which doses component B in the required proportion based on the mixing ratio set
