Description
The mixing pump is designed for use on construction sites that are machinable according to the manufacturer: gypsum-based plasters, lime, cement, heat-insulating plasters, joint sealing mortars, etc.
The mixing pump consists of a frame with wheels on which a tank with safety grid, an electric motor with mixer, a water system with a booster pump and a compressor are mounted. Premixed or dry material is introduced into the tank. The mixer operated by a gear motor is located in the tank. When processing dry material, the latter is mixed with the water supplied by the water system. The latter takes water from the network or from a dedicated tank. The water flow is controlled by a flow regulator and displayed on a flow meter. The mixer pulls an eccentric auger pump, which pumps the material through a mortar tube to the spray lance. In addition to the mortar hose, the spray lance is also connected to an air hose.
