Solvent recovery distillers – Evaporators for waste water

Using the principle of simple distillation, the equipment separates contaminating products (resins, paints, pigments, oils, fats, etc.) from the original solvent, which, recovered directly in containers, is made available for immediate reuse.
A rotor with scraping blades in the boiler, in addition to allowing optimal stripping of the solvent being processed, simplifies the discharge of contaminants avoiding their adhesion to the walls. The characteristics of the treated solvent, if the distillation is carried out according to the instructions, are not altered by the process which can therefore be repeated indefinitely.
The operating cycle is completely automatic. The operator’s intervention is limited to loading the solvent to be distilled, adjusting the temperature and time of the distillation cycle, and discharging the residues by overturning the kettle.
